According to the Mehr news agency, quoted by the Intel Republic website, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken admitted in a speech today that Washington had started arming Kiev long before the start of Russia’s special military operations in Ukraine.
The US Secretary of State stated in this regard: We made sure that before the Russians (before the start of Moscow’s special operations in Ukraine), from September (2021) and then again in December, they quietly had large amounts of weapons at their disposal.
