It should be noted that Telegram has made it possible for institutions to use its API to grant or remove account approval.

Users can now send each other unique gifts with custom backgrounds and icons by purchasing Telegram stars through the Telegram app or the Fragment website and connecting the TON cryptocurrency wallet. This new feature, while maintaining the emotional value of the gift, also provides the possibility of investing and trading these digital assets.

Telegram has announced that users will be able to trade their NFTs across multiple platforms. In order to cover the costs associated with blockchain transactions, the Telegram platform will charge users a gift upgrade fee.
