How to send university documents to Ves

There are several ways to send academic documents to WES, which we will explain in this section:

• Electronic submission of documents to wes

Some Iranian universities are connected to WES system and have the possibility to send documents electronically to WES. In such cases, there is no need to physically send the documents to WES and the work of sending the documents is done electronically by the university.

• Physical delivery of documents to WES

If your university does not have the possibility to send documents electronically to WES, ask them to send your documents physically to WES. Usually, in such cases, the university receives the English translation of the documents from you and sends them abroad along with the original copies of the documents.

But some Iranian universities place the responsibility of sending documents abroad on your person. In such cases, you should receive your documents in a sealed envelope from the university. Note that the name and logo of the university must be on the envelope and the envelope must be completely sealed by the university.

After you receive this envelope from the university, you must send it to the address of the WES organization in the United States or Canada. Note that when sending documents abroad, you must write the file number you received from the WES website on the envelope to identify which file these documents are related to.
