Fatal accident on a highway in Egypt with 43 dead and injured – Mehr News Agency | RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Gulf Times, at least 2 people were killed and 41 injured following an accident involving several vehicles on the Cairo-Suez highway in Egypt.
According to the Egyptian Ministry of Health, 28 ambulances were dispatched and the injured were taken to several hospitals located near the accident site.
Preliminary investigations show that the accident occurred due to the high speed of a truck and collision with several vehicles, and the driver of this truck has been arrested.
