Mehr News Agency quoted Anatolia News Agency, the French Foreign Ministry, responded to US President Donald Trump’s remarks on Gaza’s occupation of Gaza on Wednesday, stressing that the future of Gaza should be in the hands of the Palestinian government, not to a third party.

The statement said that any compulsory transfer of the Gaza people is violating international law and attacking the legitimate Palestinian demands, and France is firmly opposed.

The French Foreign Ministry also noted that forced movements of Gaza residents could be a serious obstacle to reaching the two -state solution and increase instability throughout the region.

It is noteworthy that Donald Trump had announced that Washington would take over control of the Gaza Strip!
