American media: Negotiations in Doha on handing over 30 dead and alive Zionists are for a ceasefire – Mehr News Agency | RCO News Agency
According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, the previous round of negotiations to end the Gaza war and establish a ceasefire in this strip in Qatar, finally reached a dead end after eight days due to the excesses of the Zionists. However, these negotiations have now resumed.
Based on this, informed sources told the American news site Axios: Now, indirect negotiations between Israel’s negotiating team and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) are underway in Doha. Currently, Qatari, Egyptian, and American mediators are trying to pressure the negotiating parties to reach an agreement.
According to the initial draft, if the parties agree, in the first step, Hamas is supposed to hand over 30 dead bodies or Zionist prisoners. At this stage, a 6-7 week ceasefire will be implemented in Gaza.
In the next stages of the agreement, the two sides will exchange more prisoners and the Zionist forces will withdraw from most areas of Gaza. However, the complete withdrawal of the Zionist military from this strip is an issue that Tel Aviv resists.
The Prime Minister’s Office of the Zionist regime says that the Prime Minister of this regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, has given the Zionist negotiating team sufficient powers to negotiate.
Channel 12 of the Zionist regime, quoting informed sources, claimed that the negotiations have now reached the previous situation and there is a possibility of reaching an agreement and exchanging prisoners.
Zionist intelligence estimates indicate that at least 100 Zionist captives are still in the custody of Hamas, of which only half of them are still alive.
