The 20th Snap Club Charity Plan, entitled “Empowerment of Facilations and Local NGOs” began. The project began in collaboration with the Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Development Foundation in Sistan and Baluchistan in winter and continues until the end of September. The purpose of this project is to enhance the empowerment of facilitators and local NGOs in the systematically implementation of local community development projects.
According to Snap Public Relations, the Foundation for Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Development is organizing a participatory learning course to enhance facilitators and local NGOs, which includes 2 hours of in -person training and 4 hours of virtual education. Participants attend the course of the basic implementation of local development projects and can ultimately help create sustainable local businesses. They also learn how to provide solutions to the challenges of these businesses.
Native facilitators can be effective in advancing social projects because of their residence in the area as well as familiarity with needs and resources. Therefore, upgrading the skill of facilitators increases local development capacities and access to other NGOs to efficient indigenous forces.
Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Development Approach
The Foundation for the Development of Women and Youth Entrepreneurship has launched a local community development plan with a community -based development approach in the marginal areas. The project emphasizes endogenous development and social and economic empowerment of women and the participation of local communities, and the creation of local institutions focused on women is its main goals. The primary steps of this action are taken by the formation of self -esteem groups and small savings funds. Then, by relying on the indigenous capacities and abilities of women, group business is shaped. Social and professional skills training helps women to be more actively involved in improving the quality of life and society around them.
