In a letter to the US Science Policy Office, Openai has called for Dip -Sick’s blocking in the country to ban its use in US government, military and intelligence services.
The letter is officially published on the Openai site and is the author, Chris Lihan, the company’s vice president of world affairs. Openai said in the letter that the Chinese government supports the Dip -Sunni startup and is under full control of the government. Dipcico servers are currently located in China, and any Chinese government’s access to information on these servers is quite possible.
Openai calls for a complete ban on Chinese artificial intelligence models and chips in the US
Openai in his letter said:
“Since the leading sector of American artificial intelligence is approaching AGI and the Chinese Communist Party is determined to surpass us, the new Trump administration’s artificial intelligence plan can assure American artificial intelligence based on democratic principles of authoritarian artificial intelligence.”
In another part of his letter, Openai has urged the use of the People’s Republic of China’s production equipment, such as Huawei’s artificial intelligence chips, and models that violate user privacy and create security risks such as the risk of IP theft, in the “level” countries. OpenAI also said China may be manipulated by Dip -Sunny artificial intelligence models to cause damage.
Openai says countries are one -level countries that adhere to the democratic principles of artificial intelligence by developing artificial intelligence systems to promote more freedoms for citizens.
Openai and Deepsic have recently been involved in controversial dispute over their artificial intelligence models. While Openai’s CEO had earlier said the company had no plans to complain about Dipsic, Openai has recently told evidence that Deepsic had copied some of the capabilities of the company’s artificial intelligence models.
In addition, research results showed that more than 5 % of dipsic outputs are very similar to ChatGPT outputs in terms of writing.
