The website WABetaInfo reported that in WhatsApp update 23.24.73, iOS users can send their images and videos in original quality.

This feature was released as a test for a limited number of users a few months ago and is now available to all iOS users. WhatsApp is also testing this feature for Android users. To use this feature, you can tap on the “+” sign, select “Document” and then “Choose Photo or Video”.
