Samsung is going to release the new One UI 6 interface for many of its phones, and now it’s time for the Galaxy S22 flagships. The three models Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus and Galaxy S22 Ultra are receiving this update based on Android 14, which is 3.1 GB in size.
The changes that Samsung has made in this update with the version number S908BXXUDWK4 (depending on the version of the Galaxy S22, the first few letters may be different) include a redesigned quick panel, notifications interface, a new media player widget and more emojis. In addition, new clock styles for the lock screen are provided with more options for their placement and size.
If you are among those who have not received this update yet, you can go to Settings and tap on Software Update and then Download and Install. This is the second major Android update for the Galaxy S22 series after Android 13 in early 2023. This series will receive two more updates, Android 15 in 2024 and Android 16 in 2025.
