Now, Microsoft has announced that this update, despite adding many features to the mentioned operating system, will have a small volume and users of Windows 11 version 22H2 will not have to wait a long time to use it.

Currently, Windows 11 version 22H2 has hidden new features that are not ready for release yet, but as soon as the development of these features is complete, Microsoft will enable them with a regular monthly update. This method, which was first used when Windows 10 version 22H2 was released, has two big advantages. The first is the significant reduction in the size of the download file, which was considered a big problem in the past because users had to wait for about an hour to download the said file.

Also, since the source code of Windows 11 version 23H2 and 22H2 is the same, their compatibility with different applications and devices will be the same, and as a result, downloading the new version of this operating system will not create any problems in user applications. In addition to these two items, Microsoft will not need to release two different updates for Windows 11 versions 23H2 and 22H2.

According to previous reports, the most important feature of version 23H2 of Windows 11 will be the artificial intelligence personal assistant Windows Copilot, but other features such as the new file explorer will also be provided in this version.
