Armenia’s step to join the EU
The Armenian Parliament approved the EU membership bill on Wednesday.
According to RCO News Agency, the Armenian Parliament on Wednesday approved the EU membership bill with seven votes in favor and seven votes.
The opposition’s opposition wing did not vote, while the Patio Emma faction opposed it.
The bill was submitted by several organizations through a public petition that received sufficient support to review as a law.
The project calls on Armenian officials to start membership in the European Union.
The bill was previously approved by the government.
