Video/ Turning Iran and Russia into two strategic partners; Document for Leap Cooperation

Today (28th of December), “Massoud Mezikian” arrived in Moscow with the official invitation of his Russian counterpart and with the aim of signing the comprehensive strategic joint agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation. The signing of the comprehensive joint cooperation agreement between Iran and Russia is the result of about three years of follow-up, correspondence and exchanges between the officials of the two countries.
