The popular radio station in Australia has been using artificial intelligence executives for months to run one of his favorite program, and no one had noticed this.
As the Australian Financial Review and The Sydney Morning Herald media reported, no one seems to have noticed so far. The program “WorkDays with Thy” offers a four -hour hip -hop, Arandbi and pop music without a sign that its host was an artificial “Tai”.
The WorkDays with Thy program airs on the “CADA” radio station in Sydney. The owner of the station, Arn Media, told Financial Review, Tai is a character made by artificial intelligence, but his voice and appearance are modeled based on one of the company’s financial staff. According to The Carpet Newsletter, Tai’s voice was made using the Elevenlabs artificial intelligence tool.
Neither on the CADA website, no program has no mention of being artificial. In explaining the program, our music experts have chosen; Songs that are either top of the market or will shine soon. Listen to them with your friends to sell to your friends who have heard these pieces sooner.
Reactions to the lack of transparency in the use of artificial intelligence
This is not the only example of hidden use of artificial intelligence content. Microsoft also released an advertisement for Surface in January, which was completely made by artificial intelligence, but did not disclose this until recently.
According to Financial Review, the WorkDays with Thy program first appeared on the CADA website, and the program has found at least 7,000 listeners. Teresa Lim, vice president of the Australian Society, has strongly criticized the lack of transparency of ARN Media and wrote Australian listeners deserving of honesty and transparency, not to trust the fabricated personality they think is real.

In a conversation with Financial Review, Siaran Davis, CEO, said we try to understand what is real, what isn’t.
Other radio stations have also tested the use of artificial intelligence, including a station in Portland, Oregon and the Sirius XM radio service. Last year, a radio station in Poland after the dismissal of journalists replaced them with artificial intelligence executives, who disregarded the decision by seeing negative reactions.
