Video/ Guterres warned the world; A deadly combination of artificial intelligence and nuclear weapons

The Secretary General of the United Nations warned the people of the world at the meeting of the Security Council that the spread of artificial intelligence technology will multiply the threats of nuclear war. Antonio Guterres called on the countries with nuclear weapons, especially Washington and Moscow, to take their non-proliferation commitments seriously and to return to the negotiating table to agree on a mutual commitment to “not be the first party to use these weapons.”
