America: It is possible to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza

According to Isna, the spokesperson of the US State Department said on Tuesday, speaking about the ceasefire in Gaza: “We continue to communicate with mediators to reach a ceasefire in Gaza, and we believe that considering the remaining issues, it is possible to reach a ceasefire agreement.” »
Regarding the developments in Syria, this senior American official said: “We are negotiating with Turkey about advancing the situation in Syria and we are aware of Turkey’s legitimate concerns about Syria.”
He stated: “We are communicating with Türkiye about the situation in northern Syria and we have tried to achieve a ceasefire in Manbij.”
Pointing out that the ceasefire between Turkey and the Syrian Democratic Forces has been extended until the end of this week, the spokesperson of the US State Department said: “We request that the ceasefire in Manbij be extended as much as possible.”
