Martyrdom of 11 journalists in the attacks of the Zionist regime on Lebanon – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Manar, the Minister of Health of Lebanon announced that 11 journalists were martyred and eight journalists were injured in the aggression of the Zionist regime in different areas of Lebanon.

In a press conference in Beirut, Firas Elabid added: We have so far documented 55 attacks by the Zionist regime on hospitals, of which 36 hospitals were directly targeted and eight hospitals were closed.

He continued: Since the beginning of the Zionist regime’s aggression against Lebanon, 163 people from the medical staff have been martyred and 272 people have been injured.

The Minister of Health of Lebanon emphasized: The international community must be responsible and not stop at condemning the attacks of the Zionist regime.

It should be noted that as a result of the bombing of the journalists’ residence in the “Hasbia” region in southern Lebanon by the Zionist occupying army, 3 journalists named “Ghassan Najjar” reporter of Al-Mayadin, “Mohammed Reza” broadcast engineer of this network and “Wassam Qasim” reporter and photographer of Al-Manar network. They were martyred.

In this attack, a number of journalists of Arab and international news agencies were also injured.
