The Vatican this week sink into deep sadness; The death of Pope Francis, the spiritual leader of millions of Christians, aroused a wave of mourning and empathy around the world. At St. Peter Square, pilgrims and residents of Rome gathered to pay tribute to the pop caste. The coffin was moved from St. Martha’s house to St. Peter’s Basilica, and the cardinals attended a magnificent ceremony.
