Alamut Castle is closed in Nowruz

Hamideh Chubak, referring to the adverse conditions of this historic site for tourists visiting Nowruz, said:

Due to the stages of the castle documentation and the collection of access stairs and conservation scaffolds, there are no suitable safety conditions for tourists.

The manager of the historic base of Alamut added:

With the end of the frost and cold season and the creation of appropriate field activity, including exploration, readings and restoration operations to prepare the site for global registration, the presence of tourists due to the possibility of rock falling on the way to visiting construction activities is a problem.

With the completion of the documentation and adaptation of the visits that will be re -informed, we will again host provincial and tourists from all over the country on this historic site.
