The head of judicial district of Mochesh district was present at the scene from the first minutes of the incident and while issuing judicial orders, a case was also filed in the general court of Mochesh district. After the issuance of the necessary judicial orders, a defendant was sent to prison with the issuance of a corresponding punishment order, and additional investigations regarding the identification of the possible accomplices of these people are also ongoing.
According to published information, a group of 2 unauthorized diggers were digging this tunnel secretly and at night for five years and three months with the hope of reaching the treasure, and they dug the path vertically for 12 meters and horizontally for 50 meters. had done In continuation of this excavation, three days ago, the tunnel suddenly collapsed and trapped one of the diggers under the debris, but the other managed to escape before the accident and survived.
As soon as this happened, the rescue forces came into action and after three days of rescue work, the efforts of the rescuers to save the person trapped under the debris of the soil failed, and due to the unsuitable conditions of the ground and the risk of falling again, it was not possible to remove the body of this person. . Finally, according to the opinion of the experts and the impossibility of carrying out more rescue operations, it was decided this evening that the body of the digger will be buried in the same place and the dead prayer will be offered on the hill of the accident site.
