In a new report from Garmin, Bloomberg mentions the presence of a new heart rate monitor system with more accurate sensors in the Apple Watch Series 9 and the second generation Ultra.
According to Tekna technology news service, Gorman claimed in his new report about Apple that the company will use new sensors with different changes in the Apple Watch Series 9 and the second generation Apple Watch Ultra. These sensors will be able to perform better with greater accuracy with an overall focus on speed. The changes related to these watches are the new version of the optical heart rate sensor from Apple.
Currently, Apple uses an optical heart rate sensor related to the third generation of this company in Apple Watch series 7 and 8.
According to Garmin, the new Apple Watches will also have a completely new chip from the U2 generation, which is the first new version of this chip since 2019. The new chip is likely to improve the location of these watches and could also bring improvements to the Find My app. Apple plans to use this chip in all future versions of main products such as iPhone 15 and 15 Pro. According to Garmin, the second generation of Ultra watches will have more recycled materials and will be available in black color for the first time.
The metal material used in Apple Watch Series 9 is also stainless steel and will be covered with 3D printing. Of course, according to Garman, the biggest improvement made in this year’s Apple Watch will be the use of a new processor, which will now change after three generations.
