According to the announcement of Rahor Faraja police deputy, compatriots can drive in all parts of Mazandaran province with cars with license plates of free zone.
According to the latest domestic news, Sardar Hassan Momeni, deputy of Faraja Traffic Police, announced that according to the new decree related to the establishment of three commercial and industrial free zones in Mazandaran province, the owners of vehicles with free zone license plates will be able to travel without restrictions in all parts of the province. According to the past procedures, cars with free zone license plates were only allowed to travel within the geographical limits of the same zone, but with the implementation of this decree, residents of Mazandaran will be able to use free zone cars more widely.
Freeing the traffic of vehicles with license plates in the free zone in Mazandaran
Sardar Hasan Momeni, deputy of Faraja Highway Police, announced that according to the new decree related to the creation of three commercial and economic free zones in Mazandaran province, including Nowshahr, Chepkarud and Bandar Amirabad, the geographical radius of these zones has been determined in such a way that it covers the entire province. In this way, from now on, all citizens living or traveling in Mazandaran can drive freely throughout the province with cars with free zone license plates.
Sardar Momeni explained that this action was done not only to facilitate services for the people and reduce the concerns related to the traffic of imported cars, but its other goal is to increase the level of traffic safety and organize transportation in the intercity and rural routes of the province. He also pointed out that the priority in the implementation of this plan will be the import of urban and intercity public fleet vehicles as well as agricultural service vehicles so that in addition to the modernization of the transportation fleet, the basis for increasing productivity and reducing fuel consumption in different regions of the province will be provided.
The deputy of Rahor Faraja Police added that for the accurate and transparent implementation of this plan, a special center has been provided to the police for numbering and monitoring the issuance of license plates of vehicles in the free zone. According to him, this center will play an important role in registering, tracking, controlling the safety and correctness of vehicle traffic. At the end of the implementation of this plan, Sardar Momeni considered it a key step in the development of transportation infrastructure, improving traffic management in the province and strengthening the economic status of Mazandaran.
