Lamborghini unveiled its new project. Contrary to expectations, the new project of this Italian car manufacturer is a vast complex of minimal luxury villas!
Some time ago, Lamborghini said goodbye to its 12-cylinder internal combustion engine forever by introducing two supercars, Invincible and Atentica, which were developed on the basis of the Aventador platform. After that, he unveiled the Roelto supercar, which uses hybrid powertrains and is a step by this Italian automaker in the direction of electrifying its products. At this point, everyone is waiting for Lamborghini’s first electric car, but in the meantime, Lamborghini has launched a new project that has nothing to do with cars, but a collection of luxury villas.
A luxury complex in Spain, a new Lamborghini project
Lamborghini and the real estate company “DarGlobal” (DarGlobal), which has cooperation with the Trump Organization, W Hotels, etc., are partnering together for a luxury villa project in the city of Benahavis near Marbella, Spain. They plan to build a complex called Tierra Viva, which means “living land” in Spanish, which will include 53 luxury villas with architecture inspired by the design of the famous supercars. This is, of course, Lamborghini’s first residential project, but it is considered the first residential project in Europe.
As expected, Lamborghini villas have luxurious looks and features. At first glance, the minimal design of these villas appears to be popular today. These villas are divided into 4, 5, and 6-room categories, and each category has a slightly different design than the others. Among the facilities common to all these luxury villas of the new residential project of Lamborghini, we should mention panoramic swimming pools, several terraces, direct access to the car and large gardens. The residents of these villas, each of which is located at a different height, will have a complete view of the Mediterranean Sea.
According to published information, the interior decoration of these villas is influenced by Lamborghini products, although such an explanation is not clear. Apart from this, it is worth mentioning that inside these villas, marble floors, high-quality leather, minimal kitchen with a large island, floating beds and lighting from the ceiling can be seen. Of course, these will only be part of the facilities of the Tierra Viva complex, the new project of Lamborghini and DarGlobal.
Now, if you are curious about the price of these magnificent villas, the price of the villas is not known at the moment. However, the project, which will be completed in 2027, is estimated to cost $310 million. What do you, gadget news users, think about these luxurious Lamborghini villas?
