Garmin has released beta version 19.24 for Fenix 7 series smartwatches and related models. Beta versions are software that are made available to specific users before the general release to enable testing and identifying potential problems before the final release.
According to Tekna Technology Media Technology News Service, this update includes minor and limited changes. One of the most important changes is to fix the problem of not recording body temperature during sleep in Pro models. Also, other improvements have been applied in this version. Additionally, this update also includes software updates for various parts of the smartwatch, such as GPS, wireless, and sensor hub.
Users can manually install this update by visiting the watch settings section and selecting the “Check for Update” option. Important note: Some watch features may not work properly when using beta versions. For example, the ECG feature is disabled in this beta version.
Supported smartwatches include Fenix 7, Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2, Epix 2 Pro, Enduro 2, Quatix 7, and MARQ Gen 2. Considering this is a beta version, you may encounter some issues.
