It seems that the reduction of car prices in the Iranian market has stopped and the prices are gradually increasing. What is the reason for the increase in car prices in the domestic market?

Last week, we talked about the drop in car prices and referring to the complete stagnation of the car market, we came to the conclusion that new policies should be implemented by the government to activate the market. In the past week, we saw a slight increase in the prices of car manufacturers’ products, and it seems that with the holding of the Iran Khodro lottery and the announcement of the winners, the prices will enter an upward phase.

Stopping the reduction of car prices in the Iranian market

Rumors of the lottery and the injection of 120,000 cars delivered by the factory to the open market have led to an increase in the prices of automobile companies’ products. A review of the market in the past week shows that some cars have struggled with price increases, albeit a little.

Last week, among the products of Iran Khodro, the Peugeot 207 was sold at a price of 682 million tomans, while today’s market was 690 million tomans, with an increase of 8 million in price compared to the previous week. Another car that has become more expensive by 9 million Tomans in a week is Samand Soren Plus, which has increased from 696 million to 705 million Tomans.
