Honor is planning to unveil its flagship foldable smartphone Magic V3 at the International Consumer Electronics Show (IFA 2024) from September 6 to 10. This company has already officially confirmed its presence in this important event by publishing a short promotional teaser.
In its recent advertisements, Honor has emphasized that the Magic V3 foldable phone is thinner than its competitors. While the thickness of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is 12.1 mm when closed, the thickness of the Magic V3 is only 9.3 mm. However, the weight difference between these two smartphones is very small.
Honor Magic V3 has two screens with an adaptive refresh rate of 120 Hz, support for HDR and Dolby Vision technologies, as well as the ability to use a stylus pen. This device will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 40-megapixel ultra camera and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 100x digital zoom and OIS. It also uses the powerful Snapdragon 8 generation 3 chip, RAM memory up to 16 GB and internal memory up to 1 TB.
There is a 5150 mAh battery with support for 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Honor has made this phone with an aluminum body with high resistance against water and dust. Slim and light design is one of the prominent features of this device. Considering the technical specifications and attractive design, it is expected that Honor Magic V3 will be able to compete closely with the products of other brands in the foldable smartphone market.
