Google is apparently testing a new feature for artificial intelligence NotebookLM which can transform the reading experience for its users into something similar to sitting in a real classroom. This new feature called “Lecture ModeIt can convert the user’s notes, documents and resources into a long and narrated audio file.
Leaked feature of NotebookLM
In this mode, instead of providing a simple summary, NotebookLM will teach you the course content out loud and continuously, according to published reports. Unlike previous versions of Audio Overview, which were short, this new feature is designed to produce a long, integrated classroom that includes an AI instructor.
It is also said that the length of a classroom can reach about 30 minutes so that there is something like a complete training session for teaching concepts.
According to these reports, the new Lecture option will be placed next to the current audio formats such as Brief and Deep Dive, and after selecting your sources, your desired audio output will be produced. Also, users will be able to specify the length of the content.
However, Google has not officially announced this feature yet, and details like supported languages are unclear. In recent times, the tech giant has shown that NotebookLM is very important to it and has tried to keep its users happy by offering new features. Recently, this service was equipped with another new tool for generating smart tables.
