Samsung has released a new update for the Now Brief feature in Galaxy AI, which adds the ability to create images with the Nano Banana artificial intelligence model to this service. Nano Banana is a small but amazingly powerful artificial intelligence in image editing, released by Google.
According to Sam Mobile, Nano Banana is now part of Gemina and is available to Samsung users through the Gemina application on Galaxy devices. But with the latest update to the Personal Data Intelligence app on phones that support Now Brief, Samsung has made this model available to more users.
The Nano Banana artificial intelligence model is now available on Now Brief
After the update, you will see that an image generation card with Nano Banana has been added to Now Brief. The card randomly selects a selfie or front-facing camera photo from your gallery and offers a few suggestions, each of which you can touch to instantly see an AI-altered version of that photo.

After updating to the latest version of the Personal Data Intelligence app from the Galaxy Store, you’ll see a new option to create an image with Nano Banana in the Content to include section of the Now Brief settings. After activation, your phone will automatically select a random image from the gallery while Now Brief creates your daily Memories summary.
The image Now Brief chooses can be anything. Also, when you touch one of the ready-made suggestions, the Gemina app opens and instantly uploads the selected photo to Google servers to use the AI capabilities. After the operation, you can save the image.
Of course, the images produced by this artificial intelligence are not always perfect and may be different from what you have in mind. You can also select and edit images manually in Gemina and use your own prompts.
