The company has introduced the Chat with ASA, which Apple Store employees can now ask their questions and find out more about Apple products to improve their sales capabilities.
ASA Chats Designed to help Apple Store employees
These artificial intelligence chats will soon be widely available in Apple’s SEED internal app. Store employees use this app to learn more about Apple and its products, and its performance is generally similar to a training tool.
According to the released screenshots, these chats can help employees become more familiar with Apple’s benefits, finding out more about the various applications of the iPhone and more. Employees are also free to ask any questions they want. This feature is currently in the experimental stage.
Although these chats are not available to the public, Apple is remarkable to make it easier for store employees. This tool will help new stores of stores gain the necessary knowledge faster. The timing of these chats is also in line with the iPhone 5 launch.
Apple has not yet released artificial intelligence chats such as Jina and ChatGpt. New rumors suggest that Apple has been involved with Google to use the power of Jina’s artificial intelligence to support the future capabilities of the Siri Audio Assistant.
