Apple has filed a controversial judicial case against John Pras, a renowned product disclosure, in the Northern California court. The charges against the percussion include “abuse of commercial secrets” and violations of federal law on computer crimes. This legal action comes after months of sensitive information about the upcoming version of iOS.
Many of the technology enthusiasts remember Prasar’s revelations about iOS 19 (eventually released as iOS 26). Since the beginning of the year, he has attracted a lot of attention by publishing videos of the camera app and the new Liquid Glass interface. Although his information did not match the final version, he had properly predicted the overall orientation of the original features, a topic that indicated his access to valid sources.
Apple now explains in its complaint how this information has been reached. According to Apple, a man named Michael Ramaciti has access to his “iPhone developers” by abusing a hospitality by an Apple employee named Ethen Lenik. After identifying the device’s password, Ramaciti shows him the confidential details of the new operating system in a video call to John Pras.
Apple says Pras not only uses this information to produce content on its YouTube channel and make money from advertising, but also calls him the main designer of the map. Court documents have been mentioned that Ramaculty had promised to pay for the cooperation. The company also emphasized that the relevant employee, Ethen Lippnick, was fired for failing to comply with Apple’s security policies. One of Apple’s serious concern is that Prasar still has access to other confidential information, as the iPhone has also contained data on other unreadable projects.
In response to the complaint, John Prasar wrote in his X -based account that Apple’s narrative is not true. He claimed that he had no plans to access others’ mobile phones and was unaware of how information was obtained. Apple has called on the court to condemn a jury to pay for financial losses and ban it from publishing any other confidential information. This legal case will undoubtedly be one of Apple’s most important confrontation with revelations in recent years.
