Power Virtual Agent is a tool that enables the creation of chatbots for businesses. The tool can now connect to internal company resources to generate weekly summaries of reports and customer queries.
Microsoft has also added artificial intelligence to the AI Builder service. AI Builder helps companies automate more of their work. Reuters says the new features are only available to users in the United States.
