Google is experimenting with a new version of its Gemini brand voice assistant in the Nest Audio speakers that lead to signs of brand change and capabilities.
Google has begun a promotional version of its Gemini -based voice assistant in some Nest speakers. Now users of Nest Audio, who have registered in the Google Home general preview program and activated the “experimental artificial intelligence” capabilities, have noticed the color of the device’s light and purple combination similar to the Gemini brand. These changes can be seen with newer and more natural sounds.
Only users who have updated this specific version of the Firmware software can experience new Gemini -based capabilities. There has been no report on its activation in the second generation Nest Mini. However, given that Google has provided a similar experience on Google TV TVs, Gemini on Google TV, it seems that the Google Assistant brand will soon be replaced by Gemini in the NEST speakers and displays to make all audio and artificial intelligence experiences under a name.
