The Publisher of the Game, 2K, has recently officially announced that Mafia: The Old Country will be released on August 1 (August 6) for PCs, PlayStation 2 and Xbox Series X/S. This is the same release date that was previously listed by the publisher in Steam but was quickly eliminated. However, it is good news, and it seems that the delay in the launch of the GTA by Rockstar, like the 2K subsidiary, has no effect on the game’s release.
In a recent press statement released with the gameplay trailer, 2K also announced the game price of $ 5, which is great in its kind. On the other hand, Hangar Studios (Hangar 13) also stated that the Mafia will be a “linear and centralized” experience, meaning that it is relatively short and easily experienced in short time.

David Ismailer, 2K President, said:
We believe there are a lot of audiences for attractive stories that do not need to spend a lot of time. We are very excited about playing like Mafia: We have an old country on our product list; A powerful narrative work that can easily experience along with other long games that our players love and are constantly involved with.
This new and expected game from the Mafia series will take place in Sicily, Italy in the 1980s. After the more modern and modern part of the Mafia 2, this game is a recurrence to the roots of the series, and this is the first part of the Mafia series made by the Anriel Engine 4 engine. However, we have to wait and see if it can bring this series back to its peak. You can see below the released trailer.
