With these tools in place, the Redmond giant can tap into Bing’s chatbot AI capabilities to generate shopping guides when users search for topics like “college supplies.” This Microsoft feature can collect products from each category, list their specifications so you can compare similar items, and of course let users know which stores they can buy them from.
Considering that many sites already offer buying guides for products related to their specialty, it remains to be seen how they will react to this change to Microsoft’s Bing search engine. It is also possible that Google and other companies will offer a similar feature to their users in the future.
Another feature that Microsoft has introduced worldwide since today is the provision of summaries of product reviews by artificial intelligence. As is quite obvious, this feature summarizes online product reviews and you can simply request it from Bing Chat.
Price Match is another feature that Microsoft has provided to users through which they can request a price match from a retailer. In fact, with this feature, retailers can match the price of their products with competitors.
Bing Shopping Guide is now available for US users, and users around the world have access to this feature in Edge.
