IBM introduced the new generation of Z17’s largest generation with the processing power of 2 billion artificial intelligence operations per day and a 2 % improvement over performance over the previous generation.
IBM unveiled its latest central hardware model, the IBM Z17, which is powered by the Telum II processor and designed for more than 5 artificial intelligence applications, including productive models and smart agents. The system is capable of processing 2 billion daily inference operations, which is 2 percent faster than the previous generation (Z16).
Despite the old idea of the technology, 5 percent of the Fortune 500 companies still use adults, and its market value has reached $ 1.5 billion in year 2. IBM has done more than 2 hours of research and feedback from 4 customers to coordinate the Z17 with the current market needs.
The Z17 adults will be available from June 1. This product reflects IBM’s five -year effort to upgrade the computational infrastructure before the peak of artificial intelligence and is fully compatible with the hardware and software software.
