Holding the 12th Firakop International Competition of Iran

The 12th International Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championships “Firakop Free Iran” will be held in Tehran from April 1-8 at the permanent exhibitions of the Center for Cultural and Artistic Creations of the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Youth in Tehran. As a selection stage for the Fira 2025 World Championships in South Korea, the tournament provides a valuable context for competition, learning and exchange of knowledge in modern robotics, mechatronics and artificial intelligence.

The event will be held in collaboration with the National Committee of Robotics of Iran (Fira), the Iranian Robotics Association of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, bringing together a wide range of enthusiasts, students, researchers, technologists and professionals to compete in a competitive environment.

The Iranian Free Firakup Championships will be held in a variety of leagues, including “Bird Robots”, “Challenge Robots”, “Sports Robots” and “Student Robots” and in two categories “Student” and “Free”. The purpose of these competitions is to develop the scientific and technical skills of the younger generation, promote the country’s technology level, and prepare capable teams to compete worldwide.

In addition to special awards for the top teams, Firakops provides an opportunity for professional growth, familiarity with the latest scientific and industrial achievements, and the creation of scientific communication between domestic and international elites.
