Otter, the leading service of the automatic transcription of sessions with the help of artificial intelligence, has unveiled three new AIGENT factors aimed at providing immediate assistance and increasing productivity in calls and virtual meetings. The most attractive of these products is OTTer Meeting Agent, a smart voice assistant and can answer questions and perform the tasks assigned using company data.
According to Otter, this agent of artificial intelligence is a dramatic change to the previous version of the robot. While the previous version had only features such as attending online sessions, conversations and summarizing, the new factor can answer questions based on information in the company meetings, plan future sessions, and even adjust office emails with natural audio interaction.
Currently, Otter Meeting Agent is applicable to ZOOM calls and is gradually being available to all otter.ai users. Support for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet will also be added in the coming weeks.
In addition, Otter has introduced two other factors:
Sales Agent: A smart sales assistant who offers live advice during calls and helps the sales team closing and managing complaints.
SDR Agent: A representative of automatic sales development that is capable of introducing products to customers without the need for human intervention.
Sales Agent is active on all virtual conference platforms and is currently available to OTTER corporate customers. The SDR Agent has also been launched on the OTTER website, and applicant companies must contact OTTER directly to purchase it.
The company has also announced that in the future, artificial intelligence agents will offer more specialized marketing, recruitment and other organizational tasks.
