OpenAI is working on a new feature for ChatGPT that will likely be announced in the next few days. This new feature that Tasks It allows users to schedule certain commands to be executed by the ChatGPT chatbot at a later time.
According to published reports, ChatGPT users will be able to schedule their commands for up to two years with this feature. These scheduled tasks can also be repeated, for example, you can instruct ChatGPT to send you AI news at a certain time every day.

The said feature is codenamed Jawbone and OpenAI has been developing it for a long time. Also, according to videos posted on social media, the feature will have its own interface so users can view, pause, delete or edit scheduled tasks.
To schedule a new command, you simply inform ChatGPT via a prompt.
Additionally, there will be a new Notifications tab in the ChatGPT settings, where you can probably specify how to receive notifications about scheduled tasks.
Google is apparently developing a similar feature for its Gemina AI, currently called Scheduled Prompts. The feature is still under development and it looks like Google is gearing up to release it by the end of December.
