Nvidia says that in addition to 40% increase in neural processing power, Jetson Orin Nano Super has 50% more memory bandwidth with a speed of 102 GB/s, which can be effective in increasing the speed of operations.

The Jetson Orin Nano Super is equipped with a six-core Arm Coretex-A78AE processor that runs at a frequency of 1.7 GHz and is accompanied by 8 GB of DRAM memory. In addition, its 1020 MHz GPU has 1024 CUDA cores and 32 Tensor cores.
