This document, with the official title “Document for regulating relations in the field of instances of criminal content in cyberspace”, has been examined in several meetings at the National Center for Cyberspace and with the presence of representatives of various governing bodies, and has finally been approved by the center.
In this document, duties have been formulated for various related organizations, including sector regulators, the working group for determining examples of criminal content, the judiciary, the Ministry of Communications, and cyberspace platforms.
