Elon Musk is looking to raise $1 billion for his startup.

According to the documents published in the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Elon Musk has so far invested about 135 million dollars from 4 anonymous investors. The first capital was collected on November 29 of this year (Azar 8). He is still seeking another $865 million.

Elon Musk's startup is currently working on Grok. This product is a direct competitor of Chat GPT and Bard and is in beta version available to the public. This artificial intelligence model is supposed to be offered to premium Twitter users.

Elon Musk was also one of the co-founders of OpenAI. But since 2018, it has been separated from this collection. Even now, he is one of the critics of this series, especially after the dismissal of Sam Altman, which ultimately ended to the detriment of OpenAI and Altman's victory.

Collecting 800 million dollars of capital is not an easy task. But Elon Musk is not an ordinary person and he may be one of the few who can collect such capital in the American innovation ecosystem.
