As you know, in iOS 16 and previous versions, the end call button was located at the bottom of the call interface. Above that, there were two rows of buttons for things like mute, keyboard, FaceTime, voice controls, and more.
In iOS 17, Apple has changed this interface to move everything to the bottom third of the screen. In this way, the end call button is combined with other buttons. This button is now in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Another new feature in iOS 17 is Call Posters, which displays a full-screen image of the caller.
