Lately, the speculations about the release date of the Nintendo Switch 2 handheld game console, which is eagerly awaited by gamers, have intensified.

In its recent report, the Italian website UAGNA has introduced March 28, 2025 as the possible date of the introduction of this new console.

According to published information, accessories related to Switch 2, both official Nintendo products and third-party products, will be available to gamers at the same time as the console is released. Although this news has not yet been officially confirmed, but according to informed sources, the probability of its truth is very high.

Previously, there were rumors that the Switch 2 would be officially announced on January 8, 2025; But so far, no official announcement has been made by Nintendo.

According to the leaked information, Nintendo Switch 2 will be equipped with a powerful octa-core processor that uses 12 ARM Cortex-A78AE cores. Also, this console is expected to benefit from a GPU based on the Ampere architecture with 2048 CUDA cores. Support for new NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and Ray Reconstruction technologies will also be among the other outstanding features of this console.

Reports suggest that the Switch 2 will be capable of delivering 4K resolution at a frame rate of 30 fps when docked. Although this specification is not so impressive compared to competing consoles such as PlayStation and Xbox that support gameplay with a higher frame rate; But Nintendo has always focused on providing a different and unique experience.

The president of Nintendo announced earlier that the new Nintendo Switch 2 console will be fully compatible with all the games released for the previous generation of this console.
