Xiaomi Redmi A4 5G, as the first smartphone equipped with Snapdragon 4s 2nd generation chip, has now entered the global market after its official introduction last month. The device will be available from November 27 through the official website mi.com, Amazon India online store and other physical and online stores.
The basic model of this phone with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage has a price of 8499 rupees (about $100). While its 4.128GB model will be sold at a price of 9499 rupees (about $112). Both models are available in white and black.
Redmi A4 5G is equipped with a 6.88-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The 8-megapixel selfie camera of this phone is placed inside the teardrop notch above the screen, and a 50-megapixel main camera is installed on the back panel.
This phone has Xiaomi’s HyperOS operating system based on Android 14 and will benefit from two years of software support and four years of security support. The Redmi A4 5G is equipped with a large 5160 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging technology, although Xiaomi has also included a 33W charging adapter in the box.
Other features of this phone include side fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio and microSD memory card slot.
