Korean tech giant Samsung, although a leader in smartphone manufacturing, has always taken a conservative approach when it comes to fast charging. So far, this company has equipped a limited number of its flagships with 45-watt fast charging technology, and most of its Galaxy series phones are content with 25-watt charging.
But it seems that Samsung plans to change this practice in 2025. After the success of the Galaxy M, C and F series with 45W charging, now it is the turn of the popular Galaxy A series. Galaxy A56 is the first member of this series that recently received the certificate of support for 45W fast charging.
Although the launch of this phone has been delayed until March 2025, early information suggests that the Galaxy A56 will be equipped with an improved selfie camera. In the main camera section, the same combination as the previous generation is used, including a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor.
The beating heart of the Galaxy A56 is the new Exynos 1580 chip. This powerful chipset with a three-cluster architecture and a graphics processor based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture brings smooth and fast performance. Also, this phone will come with Android 15 operating system and 8GB of RAM.
By introducing the Galaxy A56, Samsung will take a big step towards improving the user experience and competing with other brands. Support for 45W fast charging, improved camera and powerful chip make this phone one of the most attractive options in the mid-range market.
