Hashemi wrote on his personal page on the X social network: “The problem of the iPhone registry was solved with the planning of the federal government, the support of the honorable president and the active follow-up of the Ministry of Communications. I believe that other problems of the cyberspace and people’s demands can be solved with the work of experts, creating consensus, without fuss and uproar.”
The Minister of Communications also announced that the regulations related to iPhone imports will be published as soon as possible. According to the recent decision of the government board, the iPhone import ban has been lifted and more details about the import method and its conditions will be revealed soon.
