Samsung won’t be releasing any new flagships this year, so all eyes are on the Galaxy S25 series. Previously, there were rumors about a significant increase in RAM in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model, and now a reliable source has confirmed this information.
An insider named Ice Universe has confirmed on social media that the upcoming Samsung flagship will come with 16GB of RAM. He also claimed that this information is 100% true.
This will be the first Galaxy S Ultra phone with 16GB of RAM in recent years. For example, the current Galaxy S24 comes with a maximum of 12GB of RAM. At one point, the Galaxy S20 and S21 Ultra models had 16GB RAM versions, but Samsung offered up to 12GB RAM in later flagship models.
According to other rumors, the Galaxy S25 Ultra may be equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and LPDDR6 memory, which will significantly increase its performance and efficiency.
