In the iOS 18.2 update, Apple is going to provide two artificial intelligence capabilities to generate images, namely Image Playgrounds and Genmoji, and now the first image created with Apple’s artificial intelligence has been released.
This image of “Craig Federighi’s dog” was submitted by Apple to the WIRED website without a watermark, but the website did put a watermark on it that read “Made with AI.”
Craig Federighi, head of Apple’s software division, told WIRED that the cloud computing servers used in Apple’s artificial intelligence are very basic to ensure their security to protect users’ privacy.
Apple is going to release some of its artificial intelligence capabilities with the iOS 18.1 update in October, and then the two artificial intelligence capabilities of Image Playgrounds and Genmoji will be presented later.
