TCL NXTPAPER 3.0 technology was introduced to reduce eye fatigue

TCL unveiled NXTPAPER 3.0 display technology at CES 2024. TCL says the new technology is fully optimized and has new features to improve eye health.

According to TCL, the NXTPAPER 3.0 technology is able to reduce harmful blue light by 61% while maintaining clear images, deep contrast and vivid colors.

NXTPAPER 3.0 technology is achieved by using Circular Polarized Light (CPL) screen technology, which simulates the “emission-reflection-refraction” path of light and creates a visual effect that is ultimately comfortable for the eyes.

NXTPAPER also has an eye care assistant that helps users develop healthy viewing habits.

There is also a rest reminder to encourage users to take breaks during prolonged use and help them use the 20-20-20 rule for eye care. That is, take a 20-second break every 20 minutes and focus on an object 20 feet away.

The technology also features an adaptive color temperature powered by an RGB sensor, allowing the NXTPAPER display to automatically adjust color temperature according to time and ambient light to provide a highly comfortable viewing experience.

NXTPAPER 3.0 technology is going to be used in NXTPAPER 14 Pro and TAB 10 NXTPAPER 5G tablets and 50 series phones that were introduced at CES 2024.
