Samsung has introduced a generative artificial intelligence model called Samsung Gauss for the first time. This artificial intelligence model is named after the famous mathematician Carl Friedrich Gauss.
Samsung said at its AI conference that the name represents Samsung’s vision for AI models to help improve the lives of people everywhere.
Samsung said that the model was developed by the company’s research unit and is currently being used by employees within the company. This model is supposed to be integrated into Samsung applications in the future.
According to Samsung, this model is designed to increase productivity in doing tasks such as writing emails, summarizing documents and translating, and this model itself consists of different models to run it in the cloud and on the device.
The model also has a coding assistant that allows developers to code easily. Using this model, images can also be produced and edited.
Samsung has also included security issues in this model and will protect users’ personal information.
